Establish A Lean Improvement Team To Improve Production Quality And Capacity

In order to continuously improve production efficiency and product quality, our production department has established a lean team. The team is composed of the engineering department PIE (process industrial engineering) and the outstanding backbone of the production department. According to the characteristics of product orders, the process flow is adjusted, and intelligent equipment is introduced to replace manual high-risk/repetitive operations, reduce labor intensity, and improve operation safety. The goal is to increase the yield rate by 100%, shorten the delivery cycle and increase production capacity by 20%, emphasizing the concept of "human-machine collaboration". This team is positioned as "continuous improvement" rather than a one-time project, and uses data to quantify expected goals (such as yield rate and capacity increase ratio).
